"File the claim for hail damage and they were very prompt in arranging for someone to come inspect my roof. The paperwork came through very quickly with what they were able to determine my loss would be. And they were very quick at issuing the first check in the process. So I am on my way to getting a new roof and these guys were great."

"I thought I found a good insurance provider. I was paying monthly car insurance. I paid a payment in May, a monthly payment. Then in June I paid for six months. But they called the payment made in June made in May so they can short me a month . I've also had to beg for insurance verification forms, that I still have not received. But they can send me a bill every two days I you need insurance with all that goes with it or should go with it, pass these folks by."

Our goal is always to provide clear communication and timely service to our Customers. To clarify a bit, your policy renewal date was May 1st, which would mean that the 6-month term runs from May 1st to November 1st. We will send a more detailed private message with specific dates and information that may better explain the timing of your individual policy and payments. We will then reach out to confirm receipt of the message. Regarding the insurance verification forms and ID cards, we have sent those on different occasions via email and mail. When we touch base, I will confirm that all contact information is correct and will resend as needed. We regret any miscommunication and are committed to resolving any outstanding concerns.
