"Listen up. If you want to be caught out of the blue and reminded that you are valued as a customer, this is THE spot. I started doing business with this agency in early 2024. Almost two years later and I kid you not, when I received mail from Mark and the office I am just amazed. I mean they define a standard that does not exist. When it comes to simple things like holiday cards, thank you letters, etc they don't miss a beat. "I thought I found a good insurance provider. I was paying monthly car insurance. I paid a payment in May, a monthly payment. Then in June I paid for six months. But they called the payment made in June made in May so they can short me a month . I've also had to beg for insurance verification forms, that I still have not received. But they can send me a bill every two days I you need insurance with all that goes with it or should go with it, pass these folks by."
